All merchandise purchased from fastFenderUSA.com or purchased directly from us at any trade show may be returned by mail within 30 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted below.

To return an item :

• Please call us first to receive an RMA number.
• Return item along with all original packing materials and accessories.
• Return must be made by certified mail to prevent any loss.
• Please note return will not be accepted if merchandise is damaged, not due to regular wear and tear.
